ANAMBRA State Governor, Willie Obiano has declared the activities of illegal miners and mining and extraction of solid minerals in the state is a crime against the state government. He, therefore, announced the ban of the act recently while receiving a delegation from the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission, RMAFC, in Awka, the state capital, adding that they are on a nationwide tour.
